The strategic acquisition brings specialist luxury expertise to Huspy ahead of the launch of Huspy Signature

DUBAI, UAE, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Huspy, one of the largest and fastest growing AI-native real estate companies in the Middle East and Europe, has acquired Dubai-based luxury real estate brokerage LuxuryX, marking a significant expansion of its UAE real estate business.

Standing (left to right): Patrick Hayden, Founder, LuxuryX, Mark Castley, CEO of Real Estate, Huspy and Georgia Peacock, with members of the LuxuryX team.

Founded by Patrick Hayden, LuxuryX comprises specialist property consultants focused on Dubai’s luxury residential market. The brokerage has built its reputation around, luxury market expertise, and a highly personalised approach to client representation.

Hayden brings more than two decades of luxury real estate experience across Dubai, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with an award-winning track record spanning landmark transactions and long-term client advisory.

    Accelerating Huspy’s UAE Market Leadership

The acquisition comes amid continued growth across the UAE real estate sector. Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31 percent year-on-year increase in value. In Abu Dhabi, transaction values reached AED 117 billion during the first half of 2026, rising 112 percent year on year, while foreign direct investment increased 309 percent to AED 13.8 billion. These results demonstrate the resilience of the UAE property sector and continued international confidence in the country’s long-term economic, regulatory and infrastructure agenda.

Against this backdrop, Huspy has continued to expand its UAE real estate operation. Since January 2026, its brokerage network has grown by 75 percent, translating into greater market share and establishing Huspy as a leading source of buyer leads across some of Dubai’s most prestigious residential communities, including Dubai Marina, The Meadows and The Lakes.

The business also recently delivered its strongest month to date, achieving all-time highs across revenue, transactions, listings, viewings, offers, conversion rates, conveyancing and recruitment, alongside increases in average agent conversion and revenue per agent. Huspy further strengthened its position in the luxury property segment by completing Palm Jebel Ali’s highest recorded resale transaction at AED 49 million.

“Dubai and the UAE is where Huspy began and remains extremely central to our ambition of building the largest homebuying AI-native company across the Middle East and Europe,” said Jad Antoun, CEO of Huspy. “LuxuryX has built a very efficient business in a segment we are doubling down on heavily. The acquisition gives us the right team and expertise to accelerate our growth in the luxury property market.“

The LuxuryX team will become part of Huspy’s growing UAE real estate operation, bringing its specialist market knowledge, client relationships, and high-performing agents into Huspy’s wider technology and operational infrastructure.

“LuxuryX was founded on the belief that luxury is defined by the quality of the experience, not simply the value of the property,” said Patrick Hayden, Founder and CEO of LuxuryX. “Huspy shares our focus on exceptional people, long-term client relationships, and a more sophisticated standard of real estate advisory. Joining Huspy gives our team access to the technology, infrastructure, and international reach required to take that vision further.“

Huspy Doubles Down on the Luxury Market Ahead of Launching New Brand, Huspy Signature

The acquisition supports the upcoming launch of Huspy Signature, Huspy’s new luxury real estate brand, which will launch next month.

Huspy Signature will present a curated portfolio of luxury properties and investment opportunities across Huspy’s international markets. The platform will combine specialist property advisory with access to Huspy’s mortgage partner services, creating an integrated experience for high-net-worth buyers, investors, and property owners.

The launch represents the next stage of Huspy’s expansion, extending its real estate and mortgage capabilities into the premium and luxury segments while connecting clients with opportunities across multiple international markets, including Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Marbella, Barcelona and Ibiza.

AI-Native Technology Built Around Agent Performance

Huspy’s growth is underpinned by its continued investment in proprietary technology for real estate and mortgage professionals.

The company recently launched Huspy 2.0, an AI-native real estate app designed to bring the core elements of an agent’s workflow into one platform. Its capabilities include listing management, lead and pipeline visibility, buyer matchmaking, instant property valuations, market intelligence, and AI-powered assistance.

Along with the technology we are building for our mortgage business, this creates a full-suit of products to supercharge the productivity of real estate agents and mortgage brokers to serve home buyers and sellers through excellence and efficiency.

“Our growth is not driven by agent headcount alone. It is driven by the technology and infrastructure we build around every agent,” said Mark Castley, CEO of Real Estate, Huspy. “Our new real estate and mortgage platforms connect the complete homebuying journey, from matching buyers with the right property to securing the right financing. As we expand further within the luxury market, this technology will give our agents greater intelligence, speed, and control while enabling them to deliver the highly personalised experience luxury clients expect.”

The acquisition of LuxuryX, the upcoming launch of Huspy Signature and Huspy’s continued investment in AI-native agent technology represent the next stage of the company’s growth. Huspy now operates across four international markets, facilitates approximately US$1 billion in transactions each month and handles approximately 25% of residential mortgages in the UAE. Together, its real estate, mortgage and technology capabilities are creating a more connected home-buying experience across the Middle East and Europe.

    Huspy

Huspy is a real estate technology company founded in Dubai in 2020 that develops AI-native technology and services to deliver excellence throughout the home-buying and financing process, connecting buyers and sellers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers. In six years, Huspy has grown to operate in 15 cities across four markets – the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Italy – with more than 500 employees and over 40 nationalities represented across a team that supports thousands of mortgage brokers and real estate agents through its platform. Since its founding, the company has raised approximately US$200 million from leading international investors, including Sequoia Capital, Balderton Capital, Founders Fund and Fifth Wall. Originally focused on mortgages, Huspy has progressively expanded its model into property transactions, integrating property search, real estate services and financing through a technology platform and a network of professionals. In the United Arab Emirates, the company now handles approximately 25 percent of residential mortgages, consolidating its position in the market. Today, the company facilitates transactions worth approximately US$1 billion per month, a figure that is growing rapidly. Huspy’s long-term ambition is to build the leading AI-native real estate super app for the EMEA region, placing real estate agents and credit advisors at the heart of its model.
